For customers uploading artwork for DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, here are some guidelines to ensure smooth processing and high-quality results:

Resolution: Upload artwork files with a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure clarity and sharpness in the final print.
File Format: Preferred file formats include vector formats such as AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), as well as high-quality raster formats like PNG, TIFF or PSD (Adobe Photoshop).
Layers and Transparency: Remove the background layer and any unnecessary transparency effects to simplify the artwork and ensure compatibility with the printing process.
Artwork Size: Create artwork files at the intended print size to avoid scaling issues. If resizing is necessary, maintain the original aspect ratio to prevent distortion. Standard print sizes: Pocket 4", Infant 5", Toddler 6", Youth 8" Adult XS to 5XL 11" wide.
Proofing: Before submitting artwork files for DTF printing, thoroughly review and check the designs to ensure they meet quality standards and accurately represent the intended outcome.

Pressing Instruction:

Pre Heat Heat Press to 300F for Cotton, 250F for Polyester / Blended Merch.
Apply 6-7 Bar Pressure (Approx. 70 PSI).
Press Time 10 Seconds and Cold Peel.
CURE : PRESS AGAIN WITH TEFLON SHEET / PARCHMENT PAPER FOR 10 SECONDS.

Gang sheet process was easy and accurate

Gang sheet process was easy, accurate, and amazing quality. Created a 24x180 gang sheet to make 32 shirts at a great price. Will order again the next time I need DTF prints. I did not pay for rush order because I didn’t need it “right now” but I did receive it within 24 hours.
