DTF RUSH ORDER FEE

I placed an order as soon as they opened and paid the rush fee. The man who answered the phone asked what time did i need my DTF done by, I said 1 and he told me it would be done by then. I came at 1:20 and the man at the desk says it isn’t ready yet. For $30 it shouldn’t take 3-4 hours to do a rush order. I would never EVER order from here again. I understand there is other orders but this is just wrong.

Prints are always great and colors are vivid. The turn around time for rush orders are very fast.

The amount to receive a DTF order rush fee is extremely high. $25 is respectful. To charge more than $25, I feel is somewhat disrespectful and insulting. At least 5 Times when I needed something immediately, I've told my customers I could not take their orders because your price was too high for me to get the material in one day. Greed often hurts the outlook of a company. $25 ADDITIONAL made to rush an order within 24 hours is "FAIR". What you are charging now makes your company's perception as if Greed is more important than providing a good customer service experience to your loyal customers.
